This site is owned and maintained by OBI Camping & Leisure. A Family run business situated in the historic and picturesque town of Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan. We are not an out of town warehouse unit on some industrial estate. Cowbridge is an independent town full of family owned Shops, restaraunts and Pubs, well worth the effort to visit.

OBI   has always been a family business. Recently changed hands we are the 3rd Owners. We have many years   experience   of Camping in Tents, Trailer Tents and Folding Campers, We even tried Motorhoming, BUT Camping has always been our passion. Unlike many of our competitors we aim to advise and sell customers the product best suited to there needs.

OBI Camping was set us 40 years ago to sell OBI Tents. OBI produced quality Canvas Tents in Odense (The "O" in OBI), a city in Denmark. The founder of "OBI Camping" started to import and sell these tents into the UK selling initially from his Back Garden, Quickly as sales increased it was nessecery   to move premises to Cowbridge and after initially occupying a site in a Garden Centre the company moved to the site we occupy today. OBI Manufacturing expanded its product range to include Trailer tents and Caravan Awning. Such was the quality of there products that some are still in use today. unfortunately OBI no longer exist as a manufacturer, having been swallowed by larger Corporatations.But OBI Camping & Leisure continue to sell quality Tents, Trailer tents and Awnings, from top manufacturers. You will also find all the accessories you need to enjoy your holiday.
